How to order

1. Send us your list. Use the quote form, email ops@creekside-nursery.com, or call (443) 586-7022. Plant names, sizes and quantities are all we need to get started.

2. We quote it fast. Trade account holders can check the Live Sheet, our live availability, before they call. Pricing is by quote. We aim to get back to you within one business day.

3. Confirm and schedule. Once you OK the quote, we line up your material and set your delivery or pickup.

4. We deliver (quoted per order), or you pick up. Your order is held under irrigation at our Laurel yard until it goes out.

How payment works: checkout on our availability page is an order request. We'll confirm availability and email your quote with a secure payment link. New accounts pay when they approve the quote.

Can't find something on the Live Sheet? Ask anyway. We fill a lot of lists with material that isn't on it yet.

Delivery

• Delivery quoted per order once your order is confirmed.

• Where we deliver: Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, DC: job sites, shops and yards.

• Pickup at our Laurel, MD yard, or in Berryville, VA or Crisfield, MD.

• Our trucks: flatbed and box trucks with liftgates, so material comes off right where you need it.

• Free delivery on qualifying orders. Ask us for details.

• Most nurseries add a 3% fee when you pay by card. We don’t. No credit card fees: the price on your quote is the price you pay.

• At the site: please have a clear, firm spot to unload and someone on site to check the load. Tell us about tight access, gates or site contacts when you order.

• Check your load on arrival. Note any issue on the delivery ticket and call us right away.

• Mon–Fri 7 AM–4 PM. Closed Saturday & Sunday. Call ahead so your order is pulled and ready.

Open a trade account

No card fees. Ever.

We sell to the trade only, so we ask for a few things up front:

• We verify each business against public state business registry records and may request a resale certificate. EIN required only for credit terms.

• EIN (Federal Tax ID). Only needed if you apply for credit terms.

• Business info: legal business name, address and main contact.

• Tax-exempt buyers: send a valid resale or exemption certificate before your first order; otherwise sales tax applies.

• Want terms? Ask for our credit application (3 trade references). Orders are COD/prepaid until credit is approved.

• Check "Open a trade account" on the quote form and we'll send you everything you need.

Approved trade accounts get access to our live availability (see How to get live availability access below) and our 24/7 Client Portal for invoices and orders.

How to get live availability access

1. Click Availability and request trade access on our sign-up page.

2. We verify your business against public state business registry records and may ask for a resale certificate. This usually takes one business day.

3. Once you’re approved, sign in with your email. We’ll send you a one-time code each time you sign in.

Plant sizes and quality

• 150+ acres of field-grown stock.

• If something isn't available in the size you need, we'll offer an equal-or-better substitute and always ask you first.
