Creekside Nurseries LLC ("Creekside," "we," "us") is a wholesale, trade-only nursery based in Laurel, Maryland. This policy explains how we handle information on creekside-nursery.com, our live availability page, and in doing business with our trade customers.
Information we collect
Information you give us: business name, contact name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, business license details, job names or PO numbers, and plant lists or quote requests you send through our forms, by email, or by phone.
Account and usage information: when you sign in to our live availability page, we record basic visit activity (such as the date, pages viewed, and the account used) so we can manage access and improve the service.
Website analytics: our website host may collect standard technical data (such as browser type, pages visited, and referring site) through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
We use this information to set up and manage trade accounts, prepare quotes, fill and deliver orders, invoice and collect payment, keep our records, respond to questions, and send occasional business updates. You can opt out of updates at any time.
Accounting and QuickBooks
We use Intuit QuickBooks for our accounting. Through our QuickBooks/Intuit integration, we access our own business data, such as customers, invoices, payments, bills, and vendor records. We use it only for Creekside's internal accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Intuit's handling of data is covered by Intuit's own privacy statement.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business: with service providers that help us operate (for example, accounting, website hosting, email, phone, scheduling, payment processing, and delivery), when required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver our text messages, only as needed to provide that service.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, and we limit access to people who need it. We keep records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop receiving updates, by contacting us. We may need to keep some records to meet legal or accounting requirements.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
